Inspect all penetrations (drains, vents, equipment curbs) for seal failures Walk every seam — focus on field/perimeter transitions and laps Inspect flashing at parapet, scuppers, and EPDM-to-TPO transitions Photograph any blistering, fish-mouthing, or membrane damage Verify drainage — no standing water 48 hours after last rain Test interior ceiling for any signs of water staining (under each drain) Confirm Tecta scope of any active claims is covered before walkthrough Review owner's punch-back items from substantial completion
